Survey

Execution

Analysis
As for the analysis, it is essential to certify that the observed problems are understood, in order to apply the proposed corrective actions.
Report
Finally, the report prepares a formal response to the findings / suggestions and implements improvement procedures, namely the optimization of costs and processes.
